Policy Overview

  • 1-Day Returns (24 Hours)
    Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery
  • 2-Day Exchanges
    Request an exchange (colour/model) within 48 hours of delivery
  • Processing Time
    Refunds and exchanges are processed after inspection

01 — Eligibility

Eligible for Return (Within 24 Hours Only)

  • Product received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item or colour delivered
  • Request raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo/video proof provided

Eligible for Exchange (Within 2 Days)

  • Product is unused and in original condition
  • Request raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • All packaging and accessories included

Not Eligible

  • Requests made after allowed timeframe
  • Used or damaged products (by customer)
  • Missing packaging or accessories
  • Final sale / flash sale items

Important

All requests require approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Do not send items without confirmation from our support team.

02 — Return / Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Email kraftcasesstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for request
  • Photo/video proof (mandatory for returns)

Step 2: Approval

Once approved, you will receive:

  • RMA number
  • Return instructions

Step 3: Ship the Product

  • Pack item securely
  • Mention RMA number on parcel
  • Use a trackable courier

Charges

  • Return Charge: ₹99 (paid by customer)
  • Exchange Charge: ₹99 (paid by customer)

👉 Charges apply for all standard returns and exchanges

👉 No charges if:

  • Item is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution

  • Inspection within 1–2 business days
  • Refund or exchange processed after approval

03 — Exchanges (2-Day Window)

  • Exchange allowed within 48 hours
  • Product must be unused

Exchange Terms

  • ₹99 exchange handling fee applies
  • Replacement shipped after product inspection
  • If item is out of stock → store credit or refund

04 — Refunds

Refunds are processed after approval:

Note

  • ₹99 return charge is non-refundable
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

05 — Damaged / Wrong Items (24 Hours Only)

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Take photos/videos
  2. Contact within 24 hours
  3. Get:
  • Free replacement OR
  • Full refund

👉 No charges will apply in such cases
