- All packaging and accessories included

- Requests made after allowed timeframe
- Used or damaged products (by customer)
- Missing packaging or accessories
- Final sale / flash sale items

All requests require approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

02 — Return / Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Email kraftcasesstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp with:
- Order ID
- Reason for request
- Photo/video proof (mandatory for returns)
Step 2: Approval
Once approved, you will receive:
- RMA number
- Return instructions
Step 3: Ship the Product
- Pack item securely
- Mention RMA number on parcel
- Use a trackable courier
Charges
- Return Charge: ₹99 (paid by customer)
- Exchange Charge: ₹99 (paid by customer)
👉 Charges apply for all standard returns and exchanges
👉 No charges if:
- Item is defective
- Wrong product delivered
Step 4: Inspection & Resolution
- Inspection within 1–2 business days
- Refund or exchange processed after approval
03 — Exchanges (2-Day Window)
- Exchange allowed within 48 hours
- Product must be unused
